For greater transparency, I want to add in some details to my last update.
A substantial part of the "amount raised" that I listed last update came from an advance that was offered to me from one of my clients - meaning she was willing to pay me now for work I will be doing for her in the future. Knowing this money is there if I need it is a huge relief. And yet if I use it for my campaign, I am essentially robbing Peter to pay Paul, as I will need to find additional work down the road to pay for my living expenses. Ideally, then, I can raise enough money to cover all of the expenses for this program without feeling the need to use this advance.
To reflect this, I'm going to change the amount that I list below the video to be *what I have raised so far excluding the advance* trusting that I can raise the money I need.
