I'll make this a really short update, but I thought it worth mentioning: our kickoff at the Great Plains Renaissance Festival in Wichita, Kansas was a great start for the project! If you look under the gallery you can see photos of all the folks who took a moment to show support for the project, either with a contribution or just a cool photo to add to the collection! We handed out 300 fliers on the project, and also collected some real-world donations, which means our current total is $112 dollars lower than it really is! That means we've passed the 1% mark in two days of fundraising efforts!

Added bonus - I also shot enough b-roll to put together a new Save Ferris Project splash video :-)
