We made it to Kenya! We spent yesterday hanging out with the kids at the Safe House. It was a little difficult at first getting them to warm up to us since we spoke different languages and they didn't have any toys or games to play with. Then we took out our cameras and it instantly broke the ice! They loved seeing themselves on the back of our cameras. We also gave them a point & shoot camera to take turns taking pictures with and all of sudden we had a way to communicate and became their best friends. We are headed back today to surprise them with a huge bag of toys! So far our trip is going great, stay tuned for more updates
