Phew! I wound up completing the entire chapter on Faith today, in a whirlwind of inspiration and activity. Basing the selection of Prayers on the various reported miracles of the Abrahamic religious texts, I picked and chose some that I could adapt into useful tools for the task of the Shadow, and some that I just thought were cool. Some of my favorites were actually inspired by some stories of Mohammed.
I've also begun writing up descriptions of some of the iconic Agencies available, finishing the description of ICON just moments ago. I had considered some kind of stat-based system for describing agencies, assigning die pools to various functions like Manpower and Resources and Connections, but ultimately I've decided to take a purely fluff-based approach in order to give GMs more leeway in interpreting them and give me a welcome break from writing mechanics.
