Ganz richtig, die Geschichte dreht sich zwar um Bartholomäus Skarabäus Peingebreck, wird aber aus der Perspektive meiner wuscheligen Freunde erzählt. Ambrosia wird von Peingebrecks Schergen mit dem Schlucker eingesaugt (Leser der TRAUMA TALES wissen, wovon ich schreibe …) – und Arktis macht sich auf, sie zu retten. Peingebreck verschont Ambrosia zunächst wegen der Kette, die sie trägt, der Halskette aus dem Haus der verrückten, alten Frau. Als Peingebreck herausfindet, dass Ambrosia eine Nachfahrin der ERSTEN KATZE ist, wird ihm klar, wie dringend er Ambrosia für seine Forschungen braucht – Ambrosia, die unsterblich machende Speise der Götter?

Freunde, uns fehlen nur noch 9.909 EUR bis zur abgespeckten Version von „Tineoidea II“. Das sind nur 87 TRAUMA-TALES- oder 180 „Scheiden tut weh“-Pakete. Weitere Teilnehmer an der GANG-VOCAL-PARTY würden die Sache zusätzlich beschleunigen. What's there to say? We're happy, proud and a little bit dazed!

Now we're working on the book and the DVD, and on organising (a lot, we hope!) screenings around Italy.

So, here's a reminder of the first one:

Unless complications arise, on the 2nd of June Finale '68 will be presented at its hometown, Finalborgo. It will be "our" celebration, and you're all invited!

We've had a fantastic few months with record sales and a great 'sheltaCamp' demo last weekend. In early May we sold out of our 2nd production run stock at our warehouse. We kept a few back for our 'sheltacamp' visitors and they were all snapped up very quickly. There are now over 1000 sheltaPoders camping with our awning all over the planet! 

We've placed another factory order for a smaller batch of grey which will get us to the end of the camping season with a double order planned for next year. We also hope to add another colour (maybe green) which we hope to crowdfund. Please check our website for future campaign announcements - sheltaPod.com

And thank you to our loyal sheltaPoders who joined us at our 2nd annual 'sheltaCamp' event at the Red Shoot Camping Park in the New Forest, Hampshire, UK. We had great company, good weather and lots of visitors coming to see sheltaPod for the first time.

By our Glorious overlord, we have already hit another milestone, and are well on the way to the next one by the time I managed to post this update! Rejoice, jubilous backers, for we have unlocked... A Freaking Clown!

All eligible backers will have the 3D-print files (.stl) of A Freaking Clown added to their order. In his goal was promised to open a pledge for claiming his physical miniature, but we have run into a couple of issues regarding that, hence why his pledge is still not up. Besides other production details we are still checking, we would only be able to offer this goal if there is enough demand for it to be produced. We are still running the numbers, but we`ll tell as soon as we have more concrete information, but it would help a lot if anyone interested could leave a comment in this update or send us a direct message, to help us measure demand. We apologize for this inconvenience, but the campaign has been growing so fast we`ve been barely able to keep up, you guys are not only the best but just too much!

but enough of that, I am sure you all want to see the next milestone, right? Well, bask in his 3-dimensional glory!

Hi guys, it´s time for another update. We´re working on the final cover design for the new book. The cover of the special edition is already done and we´ll be getting the final cover for the regular edition sometime within the next week or two. We have a few different designs that we can pick from and we´ll use the strongest ones. The front cover will stay like this, but we had so many good photos that we just wanted to get creative and come up with the best possible cover. As soon as the design work is done I will post the final covers as an update. 

Other than that we´re still editing and the goal is to start printing around mid June. The book looks great and we simply wanna make sure that we have no printed errors that we are ashamed of later on.  ;) 

5-15-2018-MAPS DONE + MORE

Real quick update. Maps for the adventure, THE DEVIL’S SANDBOX are more or less done. Time to give it a fresh look tomorrow and finish it off for sure. More writing done. All art done. Stat blocks mapped out but not done. All will be done though before this project expires with plenty of time left over.

Good morning contributors - as you may have seen, we've done fantastically well to reach more than 91% of our target amount. We're absolutely thrilled with this, of course, and now want to push on in the last four days of the regular campaign, to hit the 100% total. 

If we're able to do this, a number of things will happen - firstly, we'll be able to extend the campaign by a week or so, which we'd love to do as it allows us further time to build funds. 

Secondly, our 50/50 split with the charities MIND and The National Council for Palliative Care will kick in at 100%. We're keen to raise a bit of money for these fine organisations.

And finally, once we've reached the target our project becomes listed on Indiegogo as 'In Demand', which means it will reach a wider audience of experienced investors and purchasers. 

All of these things are really valuable to the project.

We're enormously grateful for the support we've already received from you. We're now asking for one last effort to spread the word, via social media, email, word-of-mouth (or carrier pigeon if that suits you!). If there's anything you can do to get the project 'out there' over the next couple of days, we'd really appreciate it! 

More updates to come this week - hopefully one of them will contain that little 'bottle of champagne' GIF I've been saving...

Now, apart from working hard on Lingotopia I've also been thinking a lot. Things like "What do I want to do after releasing Lingotopia?". And, it turns out, the answer to that question is to continue to create language learning games. This is why I founded Lingo Ludo. It's the company under which I'll publish Lingotopia and all my future games! Exciting! To encourage people to have a look at the new website and subscribe to the mailing list, I created a little vocabulary building game based on the memory card game. Now, apart from all of this "business" news, you might also be interested in knowing what I've done to make Lingotopia better over the last few months. Here are a few highlights:

• The five city districts are now more or less complete
• one can play the game from beginning to end (you can then start again with your existing vocabulary). 
• I've added a guide that will help you feel a little less lost
• arrow key or WASD controls replace the click to move controls.
• the game is 50% prettier, partially because. I've put a lot of work into making the city feel more lived in.
• posters plastered onto walls throughout the city give you information about the language you're learning. Everything from grammar, to information on the writing system is included.

It's an exciting but nerve wracking time at Strange Lightning as we put the finishing touches to the film. It will all be done and dusted within the next two weeks!
